Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons such as Christmas, Easter, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–10 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • US shipping time: 7–10 business days

  • Total estimated delivery: 9–13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

HeaHug™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your home, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
